How long will it take to receive my order?
Honestly, it depends. The larger items obviously take longer to create. You will always receive an email within 5 business days of your order informing you of the estimated time needed to create your item. If I have any questions (ie colors, size, etc), I will include that in the email. Realize that your item cannot be created until I have ALL of the relevant information.

Why can't I get a full refund?
Because the items you order require money to purchase materials. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the item, you will receive the amount that would be my profit from the sale back as a refund. Material costs and shipping are non-refundable.

Are all of the items made at the time of sale?
No! I do have some items made ahead of time to try to streamline the process. If you are looking for something generic (for example a scarf or hat), your chances that I have that item made already increase.

Why don't you have all blankets listed with all the prices?
Well, mainly it's because the blanket is going to look very similar regardless of its size. Also, since each price would be listed separately, it's much easier for me to say "contact me if you want a different size!" then it would to list each blanket with all the sizes.
